Formulating Job Descriptions
Performance Appraisal
Preparing Appointment orders along with fixing CTC
Maintaining Employee Files along with various records
Recruitment and Selection
Employee Induction Programs
Executing Disciplinary actions and maintaining records for the same

Good Knowledge in HR and Industrial Relations
Must be a commerce Graduate
