Graduates with excellent communication skills in English.
Should have basic knowledge of computers, including Hardware/Software, Operating Systems and Peripherals.
Prior experience of Technical Support in a BPO would be an added advantage.
Candidates with prior experience in International Voice Processes would also be preferred
Should be open to working in night shifts

I complete Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology From Society For Information Technology Development(SITD)& Computer Teachers Training Course (CTTC)[1 year]. os-XP, Ms-Office(word,excel,power-point, access), DTP(pagemaker,photoshop,coreldraw), VB, GW BASIC,C,C++ etc are including in these courses.
Now i am doing a job as a Call Forwarding Operator (CFO) in PINGLA GR. Electric supply under PACE COMPUTER SERVICE with 3 months experience. so please let me get an opportunity in your company to prove my skill.
