Job Description:

Business Development

Set Objectives-Volumes, Business development objective , Promotion, Redevelopment.

Tracking-Territory Score Board, Volume per Client, Client valuation System, Competition Activities.

Driving marketing initiatives for achieving desired targets.

Responsible for team performance & trained them & generate business.

Market Mapping

Handling Key Accounts/Clients of the territory/sector.

Analyzing Demand of the market and establishing valuable strategy to sell the services/ brand name.

Relationship Management

Regular follow ups with existing as well as new Clients/ Accounts.

Streamlining the process for deliveries of services(infrastructure/ facilities management/ interior/ building maintenance) as per customer requirement.

Desired Profile:

Candidate should be: -

Freshers or having upto 1 year experience or interest in any of the industry related to Architectural/ Interior Decoration/ Renovation/Paint/ Plywood/ Sanitary/ Infrastructure Services/ Facilities Mgmt/ Real Estate-Construction/ Concept Selling

Should be having:

Zeal to explore new markets

Should be energetic & self-driven

Should have experience of minimum 1-2 years in Facilities Management/ Infrastructure Services
