Handling International Inbound Customer Service Calls.
Document the calls to ensure all information is captured.
Attend briefings, trainings/refresher sessions and meetings as required.
Desired Profile:
Excellent communication skills with atleast 6 months experience in International Voice Process.
Willingness to work in Night Shifts.
Graduate in any Disclipline.
