Hands on experience in IT Recruitment / Interest to work in Technical Requirements.

Sourcing Candidates through Portals, Groups and References and validating the profiles according to the Job Description.

Should be able to handle a Job Portal

Desired Profile:

Checking on the Candidates’ Attitude, Communication Level and negotiating on the salary accordingly.

Scheduling Interviews with the Clients and coordinating with the candidates.

Flair to learn and effective people management skills.
