Job Description:

Identify and Search Professionals in the US Market through different Sources like job portals, internal database etc.

Shortlist and Interview candidates according to the Job requirement

Daily Interaction with US Recruiters and BDM’s

Night Shift only

Desired Profile:

Should be a Graduate in any stream.

Candidates with prior experience in US staffing would be preferred.

Candidates from BPO and KPO industry with an experience of 1-3 years can also apply.

Should have excellent communication and convincing skills.
