Job Description:

To sell and lease Residential and Commercial properties for Pacific Properties, in Domestic & International market.

Have extensive experience in sales in the real estate & high end products.

Able to make good PR with clients.

Be able to achieve sales targets an continuously generate leads.

Should have excellent communications skills in ENGLISH.

Have to interact with clients and give presentations.

Follow up of premier clients and solve their queries.

Have to coordinate with HO and sales teams and payment follow-ups.

Should be comfortable working for a property brokerage firm.

Able to provide creative inputs on media advertising concepts.

Studying the market feasibility of the upcoming projects.

Develop and present business proposals, company presentations to clients.

Desired Profile:

Should have excellent communication and pleasing personality.

Able to convince clients, should have knowledge of MS office,

Experienced staff should provide validation of consistency in sales.

Work Experience of a candidate should 0-10 Yrs.

Female candidates would be preferred

Should possess relevant experience in Construction and Real Estate Industry.
