Job Description:
Ensure that the calls are answered as per procedures
Ensure that the assigned targets in accordance with SLA are met
Ensure that the quality of the calls is in compliance with predefined parameters
Identify potential areas for process improvements & highlight the same to the TL
Provide the relevant process reports on a on a daily basis
Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules
Provide process training to new team members to facilitate their levels of performance â" mentor / mentee relationship
Desired Profile:
Basic Require
Under Graduate/ Graduate with Computer literacy (MS Office & Domain knowledge)
This role is primarily responsible for taking inbound calls as per the SLAs outlined by the client.
Technical Skills
Basic IT, Comfortable with computers, Telephone handling/etiquette skills

Strong verbal/oral and written communication skills. Pleasing personality with an assertive voice
