Job Description:
The process involves delivering high standard of customer service for a US based airline.
This would entail receiving calls from airline customers and handling queries related to Baggage Delay,Tracing,Claims and compensation.
Desired Profile:
Experience in a inbound Voice Customer Service / Relations process in a BPO is preferred
Good verbal and written communication skills in English is must
Knowledge of an airline GDS/ CRS preferred.
Flexibility to work in 24/7 shifts is must
