Job Description:

Meet with prospective Merchants and enroll them as Business Correspondents

Collect KYC, Application forms, initial deposit and complete the enrollment process on a daily basis for enrolled BCs

Co-ordinate with the BCs to set up sales stalls at local schools, colleges, cinema theatres, retail market to assist in Card Sales

Collect information on leading retail stores in the geographic area, where most consumers spend and purchase goods & services

Be up-to-date on upcoming events in the area and participate in such events that could enhance the reach and connect with prospective card customers

Support the Area Sales Manager in organizing specific sales stalls & events

Smooth flow of card applications from BC to Back office and resolving BC complaints, if any, from time-to-time

Assist in co-ordinating the field visit of the management team members

Identify opportunities for specific Discount sale campaigns or Merchant partnerships in the region

Desired Profile:

Over 6 months of Sales experience involving door-to-door sales such as Consumer Goods, Merchant acquiring, FMCG sales to distributor

Thorough knowledge of specific geographic areas within the city

A Graduate from a reputed university

Good Communication skills â€" Spoken & Written

Fluency in vernacular language (Tamil) speaking is a must

Fluent spoken English would be an advantage

Able to convey complex technical issues, with good presentation skills

Excellent organization, communication & problem solving skills

Self-motivated and adaptable to be able to work with minimal supervision

Good inter-personal skills

Possession of a 2-wheeler is mandatory
