Involved in end to end recruitment lifecycle.
Detailed analysis of the JD â€" to understand the client’s requirement thoroughly.
Sourcing and screening of valid profiles.
Ensuring SLAs are met for providing the validated profiles.
Scheduling the shortlisted profiles for interview and ensuring following up.
Candidate Selection, offer negotiation and follow up with joining to ensure the onboardings.
Taking ownership of handling walk-ins.
Maintaining own database

Good communication and convincing skills.
Strong understanding of IT skills and terminologies.
Flexible regarding work timings.
