Job Description:

Job qualification (to ascertain what sort of a print / copy job) -Estimation of cost (using software)

Correct estimation of time to complete job -Assisting Customers in basic DTP and design modification.

Learn to operate all printing, photocopying and personal computing equipment within the store in order to fulfill customer needs

Provide customer service, including anticipating customer needs, suggesting alternatives and problem solving, and satisfy those needs with a minimum amount of supervision

Follow the Standard Operations Procedures manual for all in-store processes

Maintain order in store â€" a place for everything and everything in its place

Maintain strict decorum in communication and appearance with customers and colleagues

Desired Profile:

Passion for providing print solutions. Photoshop and MS Office applications

Excellent communication skills.

Quick and keen learner

Good grooming and presentation

Good team-worker

Pre-press and press professionals with working knowledge of pre-press software like Corel Draw or Photoshop
