Involves handling Inbound Calls.

Involves resolving customer queries.

Involves updating customers on latest information on a product or service.

Should be comfortable working in shifts.

Should have excellent English communication skills.

Should be patient enough to handle any kind of customer queries.

Desired Profile:

Building a rapport with customers.

Involves working in Night shifts

Excellent Communication Skills is must.

Certification courses such as CCNA, MCSE are added advantage.

Should have minimum of 6 months experience in international bpo.
