IPsoft is looking for Graduates with excellent verbal and written communication in techno-functional 24×7 Service desk role.

The candidate should have:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Exposure to incident management and outage triage.

Experience in dealing with US and European clients

Entry level exposure to Unix/Linux commands

Willing to work in a 24×7 environment.

Autosys and Batch handling exposure will be a plus.
