Attending outbound /Inbound domestic calls.
Solving customer queries and cracking sales
Acting as a primary interface for all customer service enquiries.
Good Communication skills(English/Hindi)
Handling inquiries and reporting to Concerned Authorities.
Updating customers with the latest information on a product or a service and assisting them with their queries
Desired Profile:
Undergraduates(First/second /Third year)/Graduates from any discipline.
Good command over spoken Hindi/English.
Fixed shifts.
